Chip Card
The chip card is used not only to open your room, entrance door, but also to check out at the kiosk at the reception.
Please note that the expiration time of your cards is at 10:00 on the day of your departure.
TV
There is a O2TV in all rooms. Many TV Channels are included.
Turn on using the TV app - 02 TV.
Room Service and Other Services
Room service is available daily from 07:00 until 14:00.
For a free of CZK 200, it is also possible to use the laundry room on the 1st floor
(detergents and fabric softener included).
Towel exchange – 125 CZK/person
Bedding exchange – 250 CZK/person
Complete room cleaning, including towels and bedding – 350 CZK
For stays longer than 7 days, room cleaning on the seventh day is entirely free.
Air Conditioning
Hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
You can control the air condition via the white box on the wall and it only works with all windows closed.
Kitchen
The kitchen includes all kitchenware, including a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob and kettle.
Please keep order and wash dishes after use.
Floor heating
In winter, use the black boxes located in the hallway on the wall to turn on the floor heating.
