Long-term accommodation in ABA Apartments

ABA Apartments is fully adapted for medium-term or long-term stays. Daily comfort is ensured not only by the modern and practical background of the room, but also by shared ground floor spaces offering services and benefits associated with the stay. The rooms are fully equipped, which is why it is possible to arrive really "lightly", perhaps with only one suitcase.

Room equipment for long-term rental

• equipped kitchenette - appliances (two-burner induction cooker, fridge, kettle) and kitchen utensils (pans, pots, plates, cutlery, etc.)
• comfortable bed with premium quality mattresses and bedding
• bathroom with shower and toilet
• flat screen television
• air conditioning
• high-speed Wi-Fi connection

Services provided as part of long-term accommodation

• weekly room cleaning – cleaning the bathroom, changing towels, vacuuming the carpet in the room, taking out the trash, changing bed linen once every three weeks
• office services – copying, scanning (by prior arrangement with the reception)
• the possibility of using the laundry room on the ground floor of the building with a washing machine and dryer
• the possibility of using a fully equipped kitchen

Minimum stay is 30 days. When signing the rental agreement, we always collect a deposit in the amount of 1 month's rent.
This deposit is refundable upon successful termination of the rental.
